Hans Deyssenroth was born in 1937 and studied electrical engineering at the TH Karlsruhe in Germany andphysics with a Diploma degree at the University of Basel in Switzerland.He worked as an IT-manager und biometrician in the Pharma industry in Switzerland and was the co-author of about 20 publications. Gerhard Grensing, born on October 4. 1943 in Neustrelitz, Germany, studied physics and mathematics at the University of Kiel, where he earned his Licentiate degree in 1970 and completed his doctorate in 1971. After a research position at DESY, Hamburg in the years 1972 - 1973, he habilitated in 1979 and received a permanent position as an agrégér and professor of theoretical physics at the University of Kiel. There he taught until his retirement in 2009. His research spans quantum field theory and noncommutative geometry, with notable works including the book Structural Aspect of Quantum Field Theory and Noncommutative Geometry 2013 in two volumes and its expanded second edition 2021. Barry Mingst is a nuclear engineer with a passion for physics and astronomy that has spanned 50 years. Barry began his avocation while performing observation and data reduction at James Lick Observatory as an undergraduate student. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, both from the University of California at Berkeley. Amar M. Vakil is self-trained (experience of 28 years circa 1993 -present) systems scientist in his creation of the Autonomous Universal Predictor (AUP). It is a dynamically nonlinear quantum algorithmic processes via deterministic un-supervisory learning for changes detected in a system via its feedback signal in the presence of noise. Here the underlying model is not known (less understood) in advance (there is no a priori) and measures of information treasured in a quantum bit are partially acquired, clustered and data mined (not data dredged) while correlated spatiotemporally through triangulation of network of (preferably noninvasive) sensors. AUP is seamlessly nonlinear, quantum, with no computation overhead, and can be made as precise and accurate as required. It is thereby robust and fast while invariant to sensor network complexity and resilient to any data distortions. AUP is primarily suited for mission critical quantum feedback control for dynamical context sensitive operations. Amar independently uncovered the AUP physical concept, developed, and derived its statistical framework. Furthermore, Amar realized the need to perform high standards evidence experiments in data exploration unique to AUP. This involved litmus tests (separate from Amar's research development) and experiments to illustrate an AUP application solution at high to mid to low technology readiness levels (TRLs).

Paul Stowe is a nuclear engineer and independent researcher with more than 40 years of experience in theoretical physics studying the causal nature of both gravity as well as electromagnetism. He has had articlespublished on the physical nature of gravitation and a physical model that can derive all of the major constants of physics from a common basis of momenta and length parameters. From a very early age I have been interested in how the universe works. Upon graduation from High School I joined the Navy specifically to be on nuclear submarines and to get the education that I knew I could not afford on my own. In 1979, the Three Mile Island nuclear accident occurred and the nuclear industry was in dire need of skilled/educated individuals to address the issues resulting from that event. I called the local offices of EDS Nuclear in New York while visiting my wife’s family and was hired as a principal engineer. The hiring managers there knew that Rickover’s naval nuclear program provided the equivalent education to that of a nuclear education at a typical college/university. The radiological background that I received from my nuclear training influenced my perspective onbasic physical processes, leading to my work on gravitation. As a resultof that effort, I teamed up with a work colleague Barry Mingst. We realized that the background field of gravitation must also be the background of everything else, leading us back to Helmholtz/Faraday/Maxwell/Kelvin’s works. This in turn lead us to an extensive review of the history of scientific development and the realization that, in many cases, scientific history as taught today has undergone transitionssimilar to a game of “telephone”. Changes in focus and interpretation over time means that what is taught today is often much different from its original factual history. My aim from this project is to find a mathematical method that can characterise any given localised (especially time-localised or even spatial-localised) and extended fields which would not only have an impact in the field of optics when using high powered lasers with characteristics such as varying intensity but also in having a deeper understanding various physical phenomena in quantum physics with localised and extended quantum fields and localisation. Even extended to condensed matter physics would give a better understanding of electron localisation, energy band structure and study of quasiparticles in solids. Some of my past undergraduate projects were in quantum transmission in a crystal structure, application of quantum anomaly detection algorithms and wind turbine blade design analysis.

Mariah C. Jones is a dedicated student at Vassar College, studying physics, astronomy, and French. Her passion for astrophysics began in high school when she joined a research group led by Professor Brett Andrews at the University of Pittsburgh. Since then, Jones has engaged in notable research projects, including a summer 2023 internship at the University of Chicago, where she worked on a South Pole Telescope (SPT) project modeling asteroids and analyzing microwave telescope data. The following summer, she joined the SETI Institute, focusing on the impact of a planet's residence in a crowded, near-resonant system on the stability of potential co-orbital companions. During the academic year, Jones works with her major advisor to understand the influence of metallicity variances on the simulated circumgalactic medium, and with her previous SPT research group investigating the polarization of Sgr A* on small timescales. Known for her ambition, high motivation, and positive attitude, Jones is committed to her work and aims to uplift her coworkers, peers, and mentors. She is on track to earn her bachelor's degree in 2025.

I’m María Fernanda Martínez Vázquez from Toluca, Mexico, a senior in Physics and Mathematics at IPN and a first-year Applied Mathematics in Computation student at UNAM. My research focuses on computational and quantum cosmology, supported by my work as a research assistant at IPN. I’ve earned IBM’s Quantum Excellence award and won the 2021 Qiskit Summer Jam. In high school, I co-captained the FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team Spartans #8327, leading us to awards like the Collins Aerospace Innovate Award. My passion for cosmology drives me to explore dark matter, cosmic structures, and the early universe.

Alessandro Drago has achieved the Master Degree in Physics with “Magna cum Laude” in 1978 at “La Sapienza” University of Rome. Since 1992 he gets a permanent position at the Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati (LNF) of the Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN). In May 2020, he retired becoming Senior Research Associate. From 2011 to 2020 he has been Contract Professor for the course of Cybernetics, in the Department of Physics, at the Rome “Tor Vergata” University. At LNF he has worked mainly on the design and commissioning of DAFNE, the Italian electron/positron circular collider. As accelerator physicist he has collaborated with SLAC (Stanford Linac Accelerator Center, USA), with ALS (Advanced Light Source, at the Berkeley University, USA) and with CERN (Geneve, Switzerland). At LNF he has also made part of the SPARC (a Frascati free electron laser) team designing the timing system. He has coordinated other important researches in the accelerator beam diagnostics developing mid-infrared devices with time resolved capability. At the University of Florence, in the physics and astronomy department, he is currently working on fast mid infrared detectors by using ground-based telescopes, developing a preliminary design study to search for astronomical FIRB (Fast InfraRed Bursts).

Fabiano F. Santos is a class C visiting professor, Adjunct I, at the Federal University of Maranhão Department of Physics—Ph.D. at the Federal University of Paraíba in Elementary Particle Physics and fields. Post-doctorate at the Physics Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He researches Black Holes, Holographic Complexity, String Theory, Entanglement Entropy, AdS/BCFT Correspondence, and Horndeski Gravity. Dr. Santos's research interests are broad and impactful, covering Black Holes, Holographic Complexity, String Theory, Entanglement Entropy, AdS/BCFT Correspondence, and Horndeski Gravity. His current research project, "Information and holographic transport in black holes using scalar-tensor theories," aims to explore modifications of the General Theory of Relativity with scalar-tensor couplings to study the information process in black holes through Complexity Equal Action (CA) and holographic transport using the AdS/CFT and AdS/BCFT correspondences.

Professor Tawfik is the director of the national scholarship program of the World Federation of Scientists (WFS), Geneva-Switzerland, and the associateship scheme program of UNESCO-TWAS (The World Academy of Sciences), Trieste-Italy. He is the founder and director of the World Laboratory for Cosmology and Particle Physics (WLCAPP) established in 2011 and the Egyptian Center for Theoretical Physics (ECTP) established in 2008. Dr. Tawfik is serving on several committees and panels for education, research, and development. He is a consultant to various research centers, funding agencies, and universities in Germany, Russia, USA, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, Pakistan, Rwanda, South Africa, Uzbekistan, India, Algeria, and Saudi Arabia. He was also appointed in the industrial sector as senior advisor to Vodafone Germany. In 1999, he earned his first doctoral degree, Dr.rer.Nat (Ph.D.) in basic sciences, at Philipps University, Marburg-Germany. In 2012, the Supreme Attestation Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan confirmed awarding him the second doctoral degree in mathematics and physics, Doctor of Science (D.Sc.). Professor Tawfik accomplished successive academic posts at Marburg, Trier, Stuttgart, Bielefeld, Frankfurt (Germany), Hiroshima (Japan), Tashkent (Uzbekistan), and Assiut, South Valley, Sohag, MTI, NU, FUE (Egypt). Thereby, Dr. Tawfik served in various accreditation, attestation, and examination, as well as, syllabus and curricula development committees. He was trusted as the department chair at some of these academic institutions. The promotion to full professorship was issued by Nathiagali, Pakistan (2010), Ulegh Academy, Uzbekistan (2012), Supreme Council of Universities, Egypt (2013), and FIAS, Germany (2018). In 2012, Professor Tawfik was elected as UNESCO-TWAS fellow, and since 2016 serving as UNESCO-TWAS councilor representing the Arab World. In 2020, he also was elected as a fellow of the African Academy of Sciences (AAS), Nairobi-Kenya. Since 2008, he has been a fellow of the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) and serving in the National Committee for Physics, the Network for Nuclear Sciences, and the Egyptian Network for High-Energy Physics. So far, Dr Tawfik published 3 titles (in German, English, and Arabic) and 220+ scientific papers, reports, and reviews in peer-reviewed journals covering various disciplines of physics and mathematics including

One of them is The Nature of Force and the Dark Matter, in which the aothor puts forward a physical chemistry approach for the nature of force that bases on gravitons’ reaction by introducing the concepts of Gibbs free energy change and holographic screen. This viewpoint can explain the phenomenon of the Dark Matter. This work was commended by Prof. Anne Hofmeist, famous physicist of Washiton University of United States. A book, On the Cycling model of the Twin Universes, was published on Jan. 2021. In this book, the nature of force and the relation of Dark Matter, the nature of heat and the relation of Dark Energy, the origin of the universe, the cycling twin universes were researched in detail.
